“This company was recommended by a neighbor and I could not be more happy with the service they provided! When we realized we had a semi serious water heater problem, Open Water Plumbing was very responsive, not only with calls and text to help me ensure the problem did not get worse but also made it a priority to get to our home to repair the issue the next day. I would happily use them again, and the price was extremely reasonable! 5 star!”
“Jacek installed my outdoor built in kitchen, unclogged my toilet (my daughter flushed down a plastic bottle) and he finished a couple other small jobs for me. He was always on time. Very easy to work with. Even if you think something is not possible, better call him first, I am pretty sure he will find the solution.”
“Service man was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. I love that they do a free estimate and you get to decide if you want to go forward with the service. There is no pressure from them whatsoever. He even checked our water pressure and gave some good advice free of charge. Will definitely use them again!”
“Hands down one of the best plumbers you could hope to have when you have a plumbing emergency!”
