“Fantastic company! Jack was honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything that was wrong in great detail. Will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.”
Wesley Chapel's Go-To Plumber for Fast Repairs
Wesley Chapel is a young town in plumbing terms — most of Millbridge, Weddington Ridge, Brookhaven and Wesley Oaks went up within a fairly narrow window in the 2000s. That has an interesting consequence: whole streets hit the same failures in the same year. When we replace a water heater on one cul-de-sac, we usually end up replacing two or three more within a few months.
None of it is dramatic. It is builder-grade equipment reaching the end of a normal life, and it is far cheaper handled on your schedule than on the morning it empties itself into a garage.

Where we work in Wesley Chapel
Millbridge, Weddington Ridge, Brookhaven, Wesley Oaks and the Waxhaw–Indian Trail Road corridor. Covering ZIP codes 28104 and 28110.
The Wesley Chapel pattern
Water heaters at fifteen-plus. If yours is original to a mid-2000s build and has never been flushed, it is on borrowed time. A quick look tells you whether you have a year or a week.
Failed pressure-reducing valves. These have a service life too, and a failing one shows up as water hammer, toilets that run intermittently, and a run of small leaks that seem unrelated. Testing it is a five-minute job.
Kitchen drain build-up. Open-plan kitchens in these builds often sit a long way from the stack, which means a long horizontal drain run and a lot of surface for grease to cling to. Jetting clears it properly; cabling just makes a hole through the middle.
Exterior hose bibs after a freeze. Every hard freeze here produces a run of split bibs that only show up when the tap is next opened in spring — often after weeks of water going into a wall cavity.
Same-day where we can
Wesley Chapel is inside our daily route. Call in the morning and there is usually a slot that day.
What the housing here is like
Almost entirely 2000s-onward subdivision construction. Whole streets built in the same year, which means whole streets whose water heaters and PRVs reach end of life together.

“This company was recommended by a neighbor and I could not be more happy with the service they provided! When we realized we had a semi serious water heater problem, Open Water Plumbing was very responsive, not only with calls and text to help me ensure the problem did not get worse but also made it a priority to get to our home to repair the issue the next day. I would happily use them again, and the price was extremely reasonable! 5 star!”
“Jacek installed my outdoor built in kitchen, unclogged my toilet (my daughter flushed down a plastic bottle) and he finished a couple other small jobs for me. He was always on time. Very easy to work with. Even if you think something is not possible, better call him first, I am pretty sure he will find the solution.”
Wesley Chapel plumbing questions
My water heater is original to a 2005 build. Should I replace it now?
Almost certainly. Twenty years is well past a tank heater's normal life, especially if it has never been flushed. Replacing it on your schedule costs the same as replacing it in an emergency, minus the flooded garage.
Our toilets run randomly and the pipes bang. What is that?
Both are classic signs of a failed pressure-reducing valve. It is a common fault in this housing stock, quick to test and straightforward to replace.
Do you cover Millbridge and Weddington Ridge?
Yes — both, plus Brookhaven, Wesley Oaks and the wider Wesley Chapel area, every day.
