Plumbing for New Kitchens & Bathrooms
Putting a kitchen or a bathroom where there was not one before is a different job from replacing the one that is already there. There is no existing waste to tie into at the right height, no supply sized for what you are adding, and nothing to copy — every line has to be designed, routed and inspected from scratch. That is the work we are describing here.
Financing from Wisetack
Split a water heater, repipe or full remodel into predictable monthly payments. Instant decision, no hidden fees, no compounding interest. See how it works.
2-Year Workmanship Guarantee
Every repair, replacement and remodel we complete is backed in writing. If our workmanship fails, we come back and put it right at no charge. What's covered.
New kitchens
A sink on a new island needs its waste run under the floor and vented properly, which on a slab means a different answer from a crawl space. A pot filler needs a supply line taken somewhere it has never been. A second dishwasher, a filtered tap, an ice maker, a disposal on a dedicated circuit — each one is a connection that has to be designed in at rough-in, because adding it afterwards means opening what you have just finished.
New bathrooms
Adding a bathroom is mostly a drainage question. The toilet has to fall to a main that can take it, the vent has to be run to code or the traps will siphon, and where the new room sits below the sewer line — a basement, a walk-out lower floor — it needs an ejector system, which changes the layout and has to be planned before anyone frames a wall.
What the existing house can actually supply
A new primary bath with a rain head, body sprays and a freestanding tub filler asks for far more flow than a 1990s three-quarter-inch run to that end of the house can deliver. We test what you have got before the fixtures are ordered, and we tell you plainly whether the supply needs upsizing. Finding that out at trim-out is the expensive way.
Rough-in, trim-out, signed off
We quote the scope in two stages with durations attached, pull the permit in our name, and coordinate our inspections around your other trades. Underground and rough-in are tested and passed before anything closes up; trim-out is fixtures, connections, final test and final inspection. You get the sign-off paperwork at the end and the workmanship guarantee in writing.

New Kitchen & Bathroom Plumbing — questions we get asked
Can we add a bathroom anywhere in the house?
Nearly always, but where it goes changes the cost a great deal. Drainage is what decides it — the toilet has to fall to a main that can take it, and the vent has to be run properly. We walk the house and tell you which locations are straightforward and which will need an ejector or a longer run before you commit to a layout.
How far ahead of the tile and cabinets do you need to be involved?
As early as you can manage — ideally while the layout is still on paper. Almost everything that makes a new kitchen or bath expensive is decided by where the drain falls and what the supply can deliver, and both are cheap to design and expensive to retrofit.
Will our existing supply run a big new shower?
Sometimes, and sometimes not — a multi-outlet shower asks for real flow. We measure what you have before the fixtures are ordered rather than after. If the run needs upsizing it is in the quote from the start, not raised as a change order at trim-out.
Do you pull the permit?
Yes, in our name, and we schedule the inspections around your other trades. The sign-off paperwork is handed to you at the end of the job.
