“Fantastic company! Jack was honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything that was wrong in great detail. Will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.”
Indian Trail's Go-To Plumber for Fast Repairs
Indian Trail grew in waves and you can read every one of them in the plumbing. A 1990s home in Sun Valley, a 2005 build in Brandon Oaks or Taylor Glenn, and a new house in Bonterra will each present a completely different fault list — and they are often on the same street.
We work all of it: Indian Trail Fairview Road, Old Monroe Road, Crismark, Chestnut and everything in between. Licensed in NC, free estimates, and a flat price agreed before we start.

Where we work in Indian Trail
Brandon Oaks, Taylor Glenn, Sun Valley, Crismark, Chestnut and Bonterra. Covering ZIP codes 28079 and 28110.
What we see across the different eras
1990s homes. Polybutylene supply is a real possibility, and it fails at the fittings with very little warning. Original cast-iron waste is also reaching the age where the bottom of horizontal runs starts to go.
Mid-2000s subdivisions. Water heaters, PRVs and toilet internals all reaching end of life on roughly the same timetable. Nothing dramatic — just a lot of it at once, and much cheaper handled before it fails.
Newer builds. Usually workmanship items rather than wear: a fitting behind a wall that was marginal from day one, a hose bib that was never quite frost-proof, a disposal on a badly pitched drain arm.
All of them. Kitchen line blockages from grease, and split exterior bibs after a hard freeze.
Straight answers
If a repair is the right call, we repair it. If you are about to spend a third time on the same failing system, we will say so — and show you why on the camera or the pressure gauge rather than just asserting it.
What the housing here is like
The most mixed stock in Union County — 1990s starter homes, dense 2000s subdivisions, and newer infill, often on the same road.

“This company was recommended by a neighbor and I could not be more happy with the service they provided! When we realized we had a semi serious water heater problem, Open Water Plumbing was very responsive, not only with calls and text to help me ensure the problem did not get worse but also made it a priority to get to our home to repair the issue the next day. I would happily use them again, and the price was extremely reasonable! 5 star!”
“Jacek installed my outdoor built in kitchen, unclogged my toilet (my daughter flushed down a plastic bottle) and he finished a couple other small jobs for me. He was always on time. Very easy to work with. Even if you think something is not possible, better call him first, I am pretty sure he will find the solution.”
Indian Trail plumbing questions
How do I tell if my Indian Trail home has polybutylene pipe?
It is usually grey, sometimes blue, flexible rather than rigid, and marked PB2110. Look at the supply lines at the water heater or under a sink. Send us a photo and we will tell you for free.
Do you cover both the 28079 and 28110 sides of Indian Trail?
Yes, both ZIPs and the surrounding Union County area. Brandon Oaks, Taylor Glenn, Sun Valley, Crismark and Bonterra are all on our normal route.
Is it worth repairing an older cast-iron drain?
It depends what the camera shows. Isolated damage is a spot repair; a run that has scaled and thinned along its length is worth replacing once rather than patching repeatedly.
