What actually goes wrong in Marvin homes
Hot water that takes forever at the far end. On a house this size that is a recirculation problem, not a heater problem. Sometimes the loop was never installed; sometimes the pump has failed and nobody noticed because it fails silently.

It takes two minutes to get hot water at the far bathroom. Can that be fixed?
Usually yes. Either the recirculation loop pump has failed, or the house was built without a loop. Both are fixable, and a retrofit recirculation system does not always need new pipe run through the house.
Can you find an irrigation leak without digging up the lawn?
Yes. We isolate zones and locate acoustically, so any excavation happens in one spot rather than in a search pattern across the yard.
