What fits and what does not
Most faucet and shower trim swaps are straightforward. Thermostatic and pressure-balancing valve changes usually mean opening the wall behind the shower. Wall-hung anything needs blocking or a carrier. Bidet seats need a power outlet as well as a supply tee. We check all of it before you buy.
Smart water
We install and configure Flo by Moen shutoffs, which monitor for leaks and close the main automatically. On a home with a finished basement or a long vacancy each year, it is one of the few smart-home devices that plainly pays for itself.

Can I upgrade my shower without retiling?
A trim swap within the same brand and valve family, yes. Changing to a different valve type usually means opening the wall — often from the back, in a closet or adjacent room, which avoids the tile entirely. We check before quoting.
Are smart water shutoffs worth it?
For a home with a finished basement, expensive flooring, or long periods empty, yes. A Flo-type device closes your main the moment it sees a flow pattern that looks like a burst line — which is exactly the failure that costs the most.
Will you install fixtures I bought online?
Yes. Send us the model numbers first so we can confirm they fit your existing rough-in before anything is unboxed.
