Underground
Waste, vent and water below slab, set out precisely to plan, pressure tested and inspected before concrete. This is the phase where mistakes cost the most, and it is where we spend the most care.
Above ground
Risers, branch distribution, roof drainage, gas, and the equipment connections. Coordinated against the mechanical and electrical models so the ceiling space works out on site rather than on paper only.
Commissioning
Full pressure and flow testing, disinfection where required, backflow assemblies commissioned and tested, and the O&M package handed over at completion.
